Buffalo Chicken Bites (Instant Pot)

Steps

  1. In one bowl whisk eggs and in a second bowl mix all breading ingredients
  2. Dip pieces of chicken into the eggs, coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all chicken is coated
  3. Select AIR FRY. Set temperature to 375°F and set time for 15 minutes. Press START
  4. Arrange chicken pieces into single layer on the cooking tray. Once display shows ADD FOOD, place try into air fryer. Cook bites in batches if needed.
  5. When display shows Turn Food, carefully flip the bites with tongs
  6. While chicken is cooking, combine Sauce ingredients
  7. When cooking program ends, carefully remove chicken, and place pieces into bowl
  8. Pour hot sauce over chicken and toss until evenly coated
  9. Plate, garnish, server and enjoy
